  APPLICATION WITHOUT BIOGRAPHIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You must complete the attached sheet. Your description must be at least 50 words, with a maximum of 75 words. The Rotary Parade Committee reserves the right to edit all submissions. The Rotary Parade Committee does NOT guarantee media coverage of the event
